1. Order Cancellation by Customer
a. Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped
- To cancel, log into your account or contact our support team with your order details
- Once cancelled, a full refund will be initiated
b. After Shipment
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
- However, you may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the product, as per our Refund & Return Policy
2. Cancellation Timeframe
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within [12–24 hours] of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
- Orders processed for shipping cannot be cancelled
3. Order Cancellation by TMART PLATFORM PVT LTD
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction
- Issues identified by our payment gateway or risk assessment system
- Delivery not serviceable in your location
In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within [5–10 business days]
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or wallet after collecting required details
5. Partial Cancellation
- If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation for specific items before shipment
- Refund will be processed only for the cancelled items
6. Cancellation Charges
- No cancellation fee will be charged if the order is cancelled before dispatch
- If cancellation is requested after shipment (via return/refusal), shipping or handling charges may be deducted

8. Failed or Duplicate Orders
- If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within [5–7 business days]
